The Archangels Talk About Spiritual Growth

I’ve been offering a course on my website for over a year now as part of my Angelic Activation Practitioner Programthat’s designed to help people connect with high Guides and Archangels. It’s usually a precursor to an energetic activation that my co-creator offers to further help people begin to channel or help others to channel. Based on the feedback we’ve received, it’s been helpful to a lot of people, and the comments I’ve received have nearly all been positive and complimentary.
However, every once in a while, I’ll hear from someone who either wants to skip the course entirely or buys the course but doesn’t want to do the coursework that’s included, which is part of the deal. There are questions before and after each section to be completed by the participant, then sent to me via email with any questions, concerns, requests for clarification, etc. they might have, and I respond individually. If it was just about making money, that might not bother me, but I take my responsibility to the Angels and to my clients very seriously, so I want them to be prepared. Usually these people are enthralled with the idea of channeling the Archangels/high Guides, but they’re looking for a quick, easy switch to flip to make it so. They figure if they pay for the course, I can flip that switch for them, which is not the case.
I don’t care what program, class, course, books, retreats, gurus, etc. you take in, it requires more than just reading and going through whatever motions are given to you to perform in order to make a spiritual or psychic breakthrough such as channeling the Archangels. Let me preface this by saying that no program – including mine – works for everyone or is the end all, be all answer to all your spiritual questions and goals. To be honest, you don’t really need a program at all, if you are willing to put in the time and effort and experimentation to discover your own way to break through.
I remember when I was looking for ways to learn how to access psychic gifts, I read a million books and took a few classes. Some were helpful, some were not, and some were frustrating. What aggravated me most was when someone who channeled would say something like, “You just have to get out of your own way.” What does that even mean, I wondered. Now that I channel, I understand what they meant by that. We’re programmed to doubt what’s happening, even when it really is happening. We question. We’re skeptical. We block ourselves by refusing to believe.
Regardless, what I try to explain to folks is that they have to be in the right frame of mind, which usually means they need to raise their vibration, and getting there requires time and effort, dedication and consistency, not to mention an open mind and open heart. Some people are not in a place where they can pursue these things and need to work on themselves and finding some peace of mind before they proceed. I spoke to the Archangels about this recently, and I asked about the work we need to do in order to make a breakthrough regarding spiritual growth, whether regarding a psychic gift, such as channeling, or simply growing spiritually, and their answer follows.
Question: People are often impatient when it comes to spiritual growth. Can you offer some guidance on how to achieve this growth and what we can do to advance, please?
Answer:
Whereas it is true that to grow spiritually, you must first make the choice to do so, that choice and desire is just the beginning. Like anything worth having in your life, to grow spiritually requires time and effort, as well as focus, persistence, and consistency. You must make it a priority and actively pursue it. There is much help available to you, but it must be combined with work on your end. We and other high Guides can teach and lead you to information, people, and other things that will help you, but you must do the work and spend the time and effort to make it worthwhile.
There are those of you, like our channel, whose souls planned this life to include psychic gifts. Our channel finds it funny that she believed she discovered and learned how to channel after seeking information and working on it for some time, when it was always meant to be, according to her life plan, which she believes gave her a “head start” over others. While it is true that channeling us is part of her life plan, and she was guided to do so, she does not give herself enough credit in the process. While her soul planned for her to channel as a human, she still had and still has the choice of whether or not to do so. She has always had a natural curiosity about psychic gifts, but she still had to put in the time and effort to make it happen.
Before channeling began, however, she worked on herself and raising her vibration and learned how to meditate. That is where everyone must begin in order to grow spiritually. You cannot grow spiritually and experience the universal connection if you are angry, fearful, or dissatisfied with your life in general. This is not to suggest that you must be totally settled and have a life of ease. Life is not often easy, and few people have a life that does not challenge them. There is nothing wrong with wanting to change your life or with wanting more from life, however, you must make peace with yourself and whatever life you have before you grow spiritually, even as you work to change it in various ways.
Some people believe that if they could only channel the Archangels and other high Guides, they would find peace and joy and all of the answers they seek, but this is not true. You must first choose and know joy and peace before you build upon it. If it is not already a part of your life, you must seek it, find it, accept it, and maintain it. The angrier and more unsettled you are, the harder it is to find. In the meantime, your Guides will send you signs, ideas, and other kinds of information to help you. You should pay attention to the thoughts and dreams you have. Many times, they are forms of guidance.
It seems contrary, but we will tell you that not everyone wants joy and peace, at least not enough that they are willing to work for it. You may wonder who would not want these things, and we will tell you that there are those who have become so accustomed to fear, anger, jealousy, envy, hatred, resentment, and the like, that they spend their time building on these things and when you stoke these emotions, they choke out higher vibrational emotions, such as joy, hope, love, and peace. There is too wide a gap between vibrations for them to attract each other, and be conducive to sharing the same space.
Like energy attracts like energy and avoids energy that is drastically different. An angry, hateful person cannot also be joyful and at peace, because those energies are incompatible. Such a person might get a glimpse, a short feeling of such an incompatible emotion, and perhaps that brief exposure will be enough to entice them to seek more of it, but unless they pull their focus away from the anger and hatred, they will not find more peace and joy. It is a choice they must actively make in order to make these higher vibrational emotions a permanent part of their life that will overcome the low vibrational emotions that dominated their life previously.
When we guide you to bring the Big 4, joy, hope, love, and peace, into the center of your life and to build your life around these things, we are telling you to focus on them to the exclusion of low vibrational emotions such as anger, fear, and hatred. As you actively pursue them, they will overpower the low vibrational emotions and, for the most part, close the door on them, but you must choose to do this. It will not happen if you do not choose it and make it happen.
We have mentioned before that there are actually fewer emotions than you think, because emotions have an energetic spectrum of sorts. For example, anger is not so much an independent emotion as it is the absence of compassion. In the same way, fear is overtaken when there is more hope. Hatred is not necessarily its own emotion; rather, it is the absence of love, as sadness is really the absence of joy, so when you bring in these counterparts, they replace their opposites. The wise thing to do is to find ways to bring in more joy, hope, love, and peace, so that there is no room for sadness, fear, hatred, and chaos.
When you entertain your anger and such, making the effort to explain and to justify it, you feed and strengthen it, and it takes away from the higher vibrational emotions unless you decide to let it go and focus on the opposite end of the spectrum instead. We know it is not as easy as making that choice, saying, “I will no longer be angry,” and you are automatically transformed. It takes constant reminders to yourself by yourself that you wish to release the anger or whatever other emotion you no longer want to be part of your life, and it takes effort on your part to build up the high vibration emotions you wish to pursue as replacements.
We cannot “zap” you into a higher vibration, as much as we wish to help you and make your life easier and better. You must make the choice and follow it up with action. What we can do is help you access healing, high vibrational energy, and we are happy to do this. The energy we give you will ease the way forward, but it will not be enough without your effort, focus, and intention.
Other things that can help with spiritual growth include meditation and actively doing things that bring you joy, hope, love, and peace, whatever that might be for you. When you meditate, set an intention such as releasing low vibrational energy that does not serve you well, raising your vibration, or growing spiritually. Then, pay attention to the thoughts that come to you. They might be ideas that will help you meet your intentions. We often help people in this way, sending them thoughts and ideas and even dreams that will further their goals and intentions, but it is always up to each person whether or not they pay attention, accept, and follow through with them.
Seek out information that resonates with you. Our channel is correct in that one way of pursuing spiritual growth does not work for everyone, and anyone who says their way is the only way is mistaken. If you try something, and it does not resonate or help, it does not mean there is something wrong with you or with the program you tried. It may just not be the right way for you, so you should try something else. Sometimes people find a way that works for them through a particular method, and some people do not need outside help at all. In truth, you already have everything you need to evolve and to raise your vibration, but if a particular way of doing things helps you to uncover those gifts you already possess, there is nothing wrong with that.
Spiritual growth is possible for everyone, but it does not happen automatically, even if it is part of your life plan, and it always is. There must be intention, focus, time, and effort on your part to accept and make it happen.
Change is rarely easy, especially when you are used to and comfortable with the way things have been in the past and present. Being used to and comfortable does not mean you find these things enjoyable and acceptable, but it does mean it will require choice, time, and effort to change things. If you wish to have more joy, hope, love, and peace in your life and less anger, fear, and hatred, you must actively seek what you want and work on releasing what you no longer want. You must be consistent and determined. We can help you if you ask us, but we cannot do the work for you. You must do the work yourself.
Final Thoughts
I’ll be honest with you and say that channeling the Archangels and other high Guides is wonderful. I love it, and it’s changed my life in many ways. While I did sort of have a head start, since channeling was part of my life plan, I still had to actively seek it out and do the work. When I started having breakthroughs and knew I was on the right track, I was actually studying mediumship through an online course offered by Suzanne Giesmann. I’d heard of channeling, but the channels I was familiar with used verbal channeling, that is, allowing another being to use their voice. The entire idea turned me off! No way did I want to do that! It wasn’t until later that I found out there were different types of channeling, and I found a way that suited me much better, with some help from the Archangels.
I’ve been asked to develop classes that teach people to channel, but I hesitate for exactly the same reasons the Angels mentioned. No one way works for everyone, and I know anything I design will not be an exception. Plus, although I have a teaching background, I’ve always struggled with students who wanted someone else to do their work, homework, studying, etc. True learning and growth don’t happen that way.
Anyway, what I can tell you is that channeling has been a very loving, beautiful experience for me, I’ve learned a lot about myself and life in general, and I cannot imagine a time when I ever stop. And if I’m being honest, it is cool to channel these wonderful, loving, helpful beings. Whether you want to channel someday or not, I hope you do spend some time learning about yourself and growing spiritually. The Big 4 is a great starting place.
Along those lines, Friday night meditation with the Archangels is happening weekly. May’s intention is for Unity. You can join us from wherever you are, whenever you’re available, for however long you’re available by calling on the Archangels and setting the intention for Unity. The Angels will gather up all our loving energy for that purpose and disperse it wherever it’s needed most. Also, you can always ask the Angels for healing energy and energies of Love and Light to guide and enable you in your quest for spiritual growth.
Have a wonderful weekend, and I hope it’s full of joy, hope, love, and peace.
Blessings, all.
Have you ever considered compiling the angelic messages you have shared with your readers into a book? This might be a powerful way to share these hopeful, light- filled exchanges with a much wider audience. People are searching for words of comfort and guidance in these very troubling times. The time feels right.
