A Message from my Soul to All of You

When I first began channeling, for the most part, I channeled the Archangels, and I still channel them more than anyone else, but I have expanded somewhat. I’ve been building a relationship with my higher self, my soul, for years, plus over the last year or so, I’ve begun channeling other high Guides. This is where it gets a little weird, I guess, although it all feels pretty natural to me.
All of these beings are loving, helpful, and welcoming, but I guess I’m not as comfortable talking about them and the things they share with me as I am the Archangels. I mean, in the world of “woo-woo,” the Angels seem relatively “normal,” insofar as they are already fairly well-known by others whether through religious or spiritual circles. A lot of the high Guides I channel are not as well known to me or to others, but I’m going to start sharing some of their messages, along with today’s message which is from my higher self.
When I sat down to channel for today’s message, I’d intended to speak with the Angels, but I was guided to channel my soul instead. I often channel my soul, but I don’t think I’ve ever shared the messages I’ve received, because they tend to be more personal in nature. Souls don’t have a gender, but because it’s my soul and I’m a girl, I think of her as feminine, also. She always begins a channeled message with “I am you, and you are me,” because initially I had a very difficult time adjusting to and understanding our connection and identifying with our relationship.
I’ve been changing, as many of you are changing, but I didn’t really understand these changes, because they’re energetic in nature, and I have limited understanding of the energetic body that is part of us, just as our physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual bodies are all parts of us. The high Guides who have come to me have been giving me some energetic gifts, such as light codes, chakra upgrades, and pineal gland adjustments. The purpose of this channeled message was to help me understand them better. When I found out we’re all going to get these upgrades and adjustments, I wanted to share the information with all of you, so you, too, could begin to understand them.
Question: Can you please explain the energetic changes I’m experiencing due to the gifts high Guides are sharing with me?
Answer:
I am you, and you are me. There are many who wish to help us as we enter fully into the fifth dimension, and they all bring gifts to help us adjust. These gifts are usually energetic in nature, and they address our energetic needs and challenges.
Some bring light codes. These are types of energy upgrades we need as The Shiftprogresses. Different codes help with different things. You are familiar with green codes, as several Guides have shared them with us. They help you better process various energies coming in with The Shift. They include the Earth’s energies, as well as energies from various other places in the universe that are all representative of the fifth dimension.
You are also in the process of receiving violet light codes, which will help you shed old trauma that has no place in 5D Earth. Yes, you will retain the memories, but not only will the energy attached to them be released and swept away, but they will lose the ability to cause you pain or cause regression. They will be much harder to trigger in terms of reactions.
Think of it like plastic surgery, intended to remove scarring and make the skin smooth again. You can help the process by committing to release any energy attached to past trauma, even if you do not remember it specifically, such as in the case of ancestral healing of trauma from past lifetimes.
Without the help of our spiritual team, you as a human would still be able to adapt and absorb these new energies, but it would take longer. Our helpers will speed up the process, so it does not weigh you down as you proceed. It is a gift from all who help us to make this time easier, so that we may help others.
Some of the Guides who come to us will bring other “colors” of light codes, and some will bring other ways of helping, but most will have something to do with adjusting and upgrading the energetic system. These are things everyone needs, but our Guides have more or less moved us and other “lightworkers” up to the front of the line, so to speak, so that we may be less hindered as we continue to adjust more quickly energetically. In this way, we can hopefully help others adjust and understand, as well.
Chakras are also changing. They are currently fairly separated energy centers in the body that oversee and address different areas and systems of the body. They are becoming more intertwined and are evolving, so they can work together on all the body simultaneously. Eventually, anything affecting the human body will be dealt with not by a particular chakra, but by an entirely interconnected chakra system that will address everything. Energetically speaking, the human body will become much more adept and efficient in healing and addressing human needs. It will also be easier to connect with high dimensions, Angels, and Guides.
As this is happening, the consciousness is also changing, and this new, higher consciousness will eventually blend with the more highly evolved energetic system, which will lead to a new openness and understanding on a spiritual level, which will strengthen the universal connection shared by all of creation. All of these things are connected.
It is hard for most people to imagine that the world will become a place where war does not exist, where the needs of all people will be a priority for all, and where equality and interconnectedness and the highest integrity will reign, because these things have not been energetically possible on a large scale in the 3D past. What is happening now is, as the Earth’s energy adjusts to the fifth dimension, so too are the energetics within the human body. This is a gradual process, but both Earth and humanity are evolving in ways that support and are supported by 5D energy. You and the planet are evolving, so that you may take and hold your 5D positions in the universe.
A good thing to understand is that while the people on Earth are working so diligently to fix problems and find solutions for your world, Angels and Guides, along with beings from other worlds, are working just as diligently to provide you with the energy and upgrades you need to do these things more effectively. It truly is a universal team effort.
All people on Earth right now are here to assist with The Shift in various ways, and your souls all have made arrangements with Guides and Angels to help you adjust energetically. Although most human beings are at least aware of how they can help themselves at the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual levels, whether they actually do these things or not, you know very little about improving yourselves on the energetic level. A relatively few people know and practice things like Reiki and other forms of energy channeling, so it is the energetic systems of people that Guides are focused on right now.
That is not to say that they will not continue to help you in other areas, but most are now concentrating on helping you energetically, because this is what is most needed and less understood. Everyone is getting energetic upgrades these days. Everyone will benefit from them. Guides all know what you need most, the sequence of upgrades that will best suit you, and they will make sure you receive everything you need.
Those people who cannot envision the peaceful, loving Earth of the future struggle with believing in this inevitability, because they are basing their vision on old, 3D ways, people, ideas, and energy, but those 3D images and truths will become things of the past. They do not belong in Earth’s future, and energetically speaking, they will not be supported or comfortable.
This will naturally lead to lack of support for the old ways of doing things and make way for new ways of doing things. So, it involves much more than simply relying on people to do the right thing, to have an attack of conscience, and correct the error of their ways and choices. It is the combination of changes in consciousness, both individual and collective, human and planet energetics, and the new perimeters of the fifth dimension that will lead to a new Earth. You will not be the same people after these energetic changes take place, nor will you want the same things. The old ways of doing things and thinking will be replaced with new ways, because the old ways will no longer feel comfortable or be supported. You are evolving.
Question: Can you please describe how people might feel before and after these upgrades?
Answer:
I am you and you are me. Think of us. There were feelings that something big was about to happen, that things were changing within you, although the causes and effects were vague. Uncertainty and impatience faded into confidence and acceptance, whether you had an explanation as to why you felt different, or not.
For some time now, many people have become more aware of those who are suffering, and it has become more and more intolerable. This is due to the strengthening and more heartfelt emergence of the universal bond that is so much a part of humanity and that connects you with all people on Earth and beyond. This was also energetically triggered and will continue to grow. The upgrades will make it more comfortable.
Also, many have been revisiting trauma long passed, and this is an opportunity and a reminder that it must be processed and released. In order to feel comfortable in the 5D, you must leave the pain and suffering, if not the memory, behind you. The upgrades will make this easier. Although you must relive them briefly, so you may process and release them, afterwards you will feel so much better, stronger, and joyful.
Other things you must eventually leave behind are the heavy, low vibrational emotions, such as hatred, anger, and fear. It is not that they will never resurface in the future, but they cannot rule and guide your life if you are to enter the fifth dimension mindset fully and feel at ease within it.
It is not as easy as turning a switch, obviously, but these are goals for which to strive and work toward. The energy around you, along with the energetic upgrades you are and will be receiving will help make these things possible, but there is also an element of free will and choice needed in order to make these changes. You must want to accept them if they are to be effective. You will receive them regardless, but if you are to feel comfortable and at peace, you must choose to embrace them and want to change and evolve.
These changes, adjustments, and upgrades will take time, but they will happen, and with them, you will begin to feel more comfortable, as you find your place in the new 5D setting. You will begin to feel your power and find your sovereignty as these changes take place. Hope and determination will replace fear and uncertainty, and you will aspire to help others and to do your part to improve things on Earth. You will rediscover gifts and purposes with which you entered this lifetime.
Trust this process. Trust your spiritual team. Trust yourself.
Final Thoughts
Equally fascinating and difficult to take in, don’t you think? This is a lot! I do, however, feel it happening. When these Guides first began to come to me, I didn’t ask them why they came. I knew they were doing something for me, but I didn’t ask what or why, because I trusted them completely, and I know the Angels would never let any being approach me with anything other than my greatest good as their intention.
I’ve changed my mind, however. Not about trusting them implicitly — that hasn’t changed at all — but I’m going to be more active as far as asking what they’re doing and why, and I want to be a more active participant. Until recently, when they came to me, I’d just welcome them, thank them for sharing their gifts with me, and send them all loving energy in return. Now, I want to know what gifts they bring and how they will affect me. I know whatever they do will be helpful, but I would like to know how it will help me, and I want to actively accept it.
I think the bottom line is, we are already beings of light, right? However, we’re also works in progress, and we’re evolving. When it’s all said and done, we’ll become the same kind, the same level, of beings of light that people like me talk about channeling, who send messages and assistance to others, perhaps in other worlds, who aspire to evolve and become more. Wow!

They want to help us connect with our spiritual team, with higher dimensions where our Guides reside, and to help us connect with Guides, Angels, goals, purposes, as well as strengthen our universal connection with each other and all of creation.
