We All Need a Reset

The Archangels Tell Us What Has Changed and What Needs to Change

We had a power outage the other night.  I woke up, because I was hot and saw that the ceiling fan was no longer spinning, the alarm clock was dark, and I noted that I would have to reset my hot water heater, which can be persnickety after a power outage.  The next day, as I was resetting the water heater, it occurred to me that I probably needed a reset, too.  We probably all do, considering all the changes we are dealing with, in particular all the energetic changes that have occurred, of which many people are still unaware.  It’s hard to adjust to something you don’t fully understand and that you cannot see, although many of us feel it, so I asked the Archangels to step in with some advice regarding these changes and how we can best address and work with them, and their answer follows.

Question:  You have said that the new energy on Earth is changing everything, but that’s pretty ambiguous.  Can you be more specific regarding what has changed and how it is likely to affect our lives and choices, please?

Answer:

If we were to create a list, it would be endless, so we will attempt to share some new, general guidelines with you that will help you consider new possibilities and options that are now available to everyone.  The main obstacle you all have is that you are so used to doing everything according to habit and what has been considered acceptable and possible, participating in prescribed ways with regard to the status quo.  You do not yet realize how different things can be or the choices you now have at your disposal which were not options in the past.

It is not so much a case of receiving new information that clarifies as much as it is a change in mindset.  Much of what we will tell you, if you search your heart, you will realize that it is already true for you, but you haven’t used it to guide you yet.  We will provide you with a sneak peek of what you may expect in the future, based on how the new, higher vibrational energy will affect your life and the new choices that will be made available to you.  We will review new and upcoming developments that will affect people and life in general, and we will help you apply these concepts to how you might consider the future choices you will make.  Some of this insight may seem farfetched right now, but if you think about how you are feeling these days and what your vision of an improved world might look like, they will seem more possible.  Let us begin.

In the past, the ideal job was often considered to be one with a big corporation.  The bigger the better, and big business was thought to be more stable and secure.  For a while, this was attractive, and many people vied for a position with such companies, and employers competed for those candidates who were creative, innovative, and independent thinkers, and big corporations grew in status and size, often competing for top employees by offering better benefits, more money, bonuses, perks, etc.  Have you noticed that this is rarely the case these days?  The days of employers who seek the best employees and work to keep them are mostly over.  Why?  Because they no longer want independent thinkers, they instead want “yes people” who do what they are told without question.  They do not care about their customers or their employees except as a means to an end.

First of all, profits, while they have always been an obvious priority, have overtaken all other priorities and considerations to the extent that not only are employers unconcerned about the satisfaction of those they employ, but they are not particularly concerned with pleasing their customers, which is apparent in their customer service, and neither do they particularly care about the quality of their products and services.  Even top business people no longer plan on staying with companies for the long-term.  No, whereas business plans once generated long-term, built up, sustainable goals, they are now focused on making short-term gains, showing big increases in profits that they know will not last, then moving on to the next big company that wants them to work their “magic” and bring up profits for them.  People are only just beginning to realize that their “magic” was always going to be temporary, and when their previous efforts and temporary profits fail, it is no surprise.

There are entire business models, many of them kept secret, that focus on high, temporary, unsustainable profits that sacrifice the quality of employment, products, and services, purposely lowering standards in order to cut expenses and add profits, even though they know it will be short-lived gains, and profits will not only fall back to where they were, but they will fall lower, in many cases to the point that the business will fail.

Think about this for a moment.  How many products and services have you seen a reduction of quality in, and how many companies lack satisfactory customer service?  How many times have you decided to look for a better product or service, because that which you used before has become unacceptable?  Where do you want to spend your money, on a big business that is impersonal and does not care whether or not you stay with them, or would you prefer a smaller business where you can receive personal attention from someone who is eager to satisfy you regarding the money you have spent on their products and services? 

Do you rejoice as corporations and CEO’s post record profits, or are you happier when you see a smaller, perhaps family or individually owned business, do well?  Unless you are a CEO or a shareholder, you probably do not cheer for big business these days, and when former big businesses fail, you do not lose much sleep over it.  Consider pharmacy companies who charge so much money for their medications, insurance companies who raise their premiums, and utility companies who raise their prices, regardless of whether or not the people who are dependent on them can afford it, not to counteract their own expenses, but because they are greedy, and their customers do not have many other options.   

Now, let us discuss other possible options in the future.  While answers to these problems are not widespread yet, they are on the rise.  More and more, you will begin to see individuals and small groups start businesses that value people over profits and offer alternatives to companies who are failing customers and employees.  Yes, of course, profits will continue to be a consideration, but the “more, more, more” mantra is slowly being replaced by the “I have enough” mindset.  You will not likely see this in big business, but it will be the new ideal in small businesses, and since so many people are tired of dealing with impersonal, greedy businesses, they will flock to smaller, more caring, and more heart-centered businesses where good customer service and satisfaction are important again.  Would you move your business to such a place? 

As more people open such people-oriented businesses, they will grow, as big businesses, more and more, begin to fail, not only because customers will take their business elsewhere, but because their employees are tired of being mistreated and disrespected, and they will take their talents elsewhere, to those new startup businesses where they will be treated with more respect, and they will gladly work harder to make a profit.  How many employees do you know who work hard, because they want the company to be successful?  Most are working for the paycheck, so they can pay their bills and try to get ahead.  Few ever do.  Most would be willing to take a cut in pay if it meant working in a place that cared about them and the customer with room to grow, where they were appreciated, and their ideas were considered.  They, too, are leaving behind the “more, more, more” mindset for the “I have enough … and I’m happier and more at peace” mindset.

Next, let us consider government and politics.  Who do you know who is satisfied with how the world is being governed and run?  How many times have you heard someone say they agree with and trust the government to do their part in making the world/country a better, safer place to live?  Consider the number of public protests, rebellions, and discontent with government systems and politicians.  You are much more likely to hear someone voting for a politician because they are the lesser of two perceived evils than because they have faith that they will make a positive difference.  When was the last time you heard anyone state that they were satisfied with how things were going, and they had total confidence in those who were in positions of power?  People do not want the kinds of politicians they have voted for in the past.  They do not want to vote simply for the lesser of two evils.  They are hoping for new people with new ideologies who are willing to work for change.

We have stated many times that it is not the politicians who will change the world, but the masses.  Here, too, you are seeing a change in mindset.  In the past and currently in many cases, there is a fight for power and control, rather than to right wrongs and to improve the lives of the people.  Most politicians serve themselves and their own interests, rather than the people.  Those in power have relied on lies and manipulation to maintain that power, preying on people’s fears and insecurities to make them vote a certain way or rally against certain groups.  They have provided a variety of scapegoats and convinced people that if they just supported them and their groups, they would end the problems by ending the scapegoats, and all would be fine.  More and more, people are beginning to see through these lies and manipulation.  Clarity is developing, and the people who have placed their confidence in and given away their power to others are beginning to see that they have been fooled and that nothing is getting better for them. 

Wherever you live, which political party do you have absolute faith in, knowing they are working for you, to make your life better?  For more and more people, they have no viable option and no faith in politicians and government.  What you will see more and more is new people who enter the political scene, who want to promote and guide change that benefits the people rather than their party or themselves.  Rather than casting blame and promoting lies, propaganda, and scapegoats, they will focus on sustainable solutions that empower the people, rather than themselves and those who manipulated the system to give them their positions.  Again, politics will become more heart-centered with a genuine care and concern for the people.  These people already exist.  The only thing holding them back is the unity, or lack thereof, of the people they need to support them, to put them into office. 

People require a new mindset with regard to politics and politicians.  They need to vote for the person, rather than for the party.  They need to open their minds to new ideas and changes, rather than craving a return to the past ways of doing things, because they’ve allowed themselves to be convinced that the old ways were better, and new ideas are a threat.  Ask yourself who benefits from the old ways, the masses, or the few people in power?  More people are realizing that the ways in which government and politicians have done things are no longer working, if indeed they ever did.  They are beginning to take back their power and demand change.  Most of the problems you are experiencing right now, the chaos that surrounds you, is due to the desperate actions of those in power who are trying to maintain that power at any cost. 

You will see more and more systems fail, in order that new systems can be put into place.  People have had enough of the status quo, which does not serve them well.  Just because there have always been “either/or” contests does not mean that it should or will continue. People are beginning to decide that they do not like any of the current options, and they are seeking new options, new ideas, and new people.  Those who step into these desired new categories will replace those who have no desire to change things, because they have profited from the old ways of doing things.  More and more people will fall from grace and from power, as truths are revealed and people unite for change.

Lastly, let us discuss more individual habits and changes.  For so long, most people have tried to work within the system they live and find a way to make their life work based on what that system tells them is possible.  This, thankfully, is changing.  Society has programmed people to believe that they are insignificant and powerless and have no choice but to follow instructions and adhere to boundaries and guidelines, and that is beginning to change.  More and more, people are beginning to consider new possibilities that they have never considered before.  Rather than thinking, “I can’t,” they are considering “Maybe, I can.”  Instead of believing they must do whatever they are told, they are beginning to entertain ideas such as “That’s not right,” “You can’t tell me what to do,” and “Things need to change, because I don’t want to live like this anymore.” 

People are questioning why things have to be this way and realizing that they do not have to stay this way.  In short, people are beginning to find their power. 

The first step is believing in oneself, followed by believing in the power of unity.  Whereas in the past, the quest for success was focused on what was best for individuals, based on what society stated was advantageous, people are beginning to realize that getting ahead does not require stepping on others and holding them back, but that by joining together, they have more power, and everyone should have the opportunity to thrive.  Abuse of others is no longer acceptable.  People always knew this, but they did not feel they were in a position to put a stop to it.  Now, they are beginning to see that they can demand that it ends.  Most people want good things for others, as well as for themselves, but they didn’t think they could do anything to facilitate that and looked out only for themselves.  Now, they are beginning to realize that everyone can and should be treated better, and if they stand together, they can make this happen.  The former mindset of competition will be replaced with collaboration and cooperation.

You will begin to see more and more groups and organizations who persecute others fail and be abandoned.  Little by little – and this is one of the final and most crucial steps in the ascension of consciousness – people are accepting others’ differences and realizing that everyone should have the right to live their lives as they choose.  In the past, the common idea was to overpower those who disagreed with your way of doing things, to force them into compliance.  This is behind every war that has ever been fought, to have power and control over others.  As more people realize and appreciate that people are individuals and should have power over their own lives and choices, the need to overpower and control and force them will end, and acceptance, appreciation, and unity will arise. 

You see this in the reduction of religious affiliations and the abandonment of groups who act and speak against other groups who differ from them.  You see this in the disgust among the masses regarding those who persecute others and try to force and control them.  You will see more and more movements to end persecution and more and more defense of personal rights in the future.  These things are currently under attack, because those in power do not want unity, and they do not want self-empowerment.  These are major threats to them, and they are doing everything they can to prevent them from happening.  What they are beginning to realize is that all their strategies and actions of the past that kept people under their control to do their bidding and to confine them in order to preserve their power and influence are now failing.  What they have only begun to realize is that there is nothing they can do to hold back unity and the demands of the people.  Their days are numbered.

Are you questioning what is happening today?  Are you noticing that those in power are acting in ways that are unacceptable?  Are you tired of doing whatever you are told and accepting the commands of others?  Are you dissatisfied with the limits and boundaries being placed on you and crave a different life and way of doing things?  Are you questioning the status quo and beliefs you have held in the past?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, if you want to see different ways of conducting business, new politics and politicians, and a better life filled with self-empowerment, you have been affected by the higher energy surrounding you. 

If you have begun to believe and desire something different and better and can imagine a better future where you and everyone else have more opportunities to thrive, you are feeling the difference in energy.  If you are willing to set aside your anger and hostility towards others and consider uniting for change, you are making major progress in taking control of your life and forging a better future.  Just because something has always been done a certain way does not mean it should continue to be done that way.  You may not be able to control the decisions of others, but you can control your own choices and actions, and if they are leading you toward demanding change, you are on the right track. 

Have hope.  Envision a new world and do your part to promote change and improvement.  Do not just want it for yourself, but want it for everyone.  This is being heart-centered, and everything on Earth in the future will be based in this mindset.  Do not try to force and control others.  Accept differences with love and respect.  You do not have to approve of or live the way others do, but everyone should have the right and the ability to live the life they choose, as long as others are not harmed because of it.  Believe in yourself and realize that you are indeed powerful.  You are important.  You are capable.  You are valued, worthy, and loved unconditionally.  You are catching up with the new, higher energy.  In time, you will see these things come true, and the world will become a better place, because you will have ensured that it is through unity, respect, joy, hope, love, and peace. 

Final Thoughts

I see the truth in this message, many truths, actually.  Everything they mentioned that is and will be changing, I agree needs to change, and I see signs that they are indeed beginning to change.  I also see signs that people are beginning to feel self-empowered.  In addition, I see signs of unity, especially as those in power try to exercise more control over the masses.  Think of Minnesota and the general response to the many miscarriages of justice that happened there and the negative response to the War on Iran.  I think it’s time to stop with the “pro-Trump and anti-Trump” attitudes and take up “pro-people.”  All people.  Let’s be pro-change, too, because with regard to the way things are now, it’s pretty obvious that change is needed.

It’s more than changing the way we view things and our actions and reactions.  It’s about reprogramming our mindset to see possibilities and options that, in the past, didn’t exist for most of us.  It’s especially scary, because based on the past, we lack self-confidence and courage to strike out on our own and to try new things or pursue our dreams.  We’ve learned to settle for what has been available to us and, after living in a world whose energy supported fear, seclusion, survival, and control over others, we’ve focused on security, hoping we’ve learned to play the game of life to a point where we’re safe enough to survive. 

We’ve gone to college, because we were told that was the way to secure a decent job, and if it wasn’t really a job that fulfilled us and brought us joy, hope, love, and peace, that was okay, because at least we had job security and roof over our heads.  Where are those jobs, now?  We’ve voted for people we didn’t really like, but they were the lesser of two evils, and we didn’t have many choices, while the people who were capable and caring and could possibly bring about some changes would never consider tossing their hats in the ring, because there wasn’t enough support for them to do what needs to be done.  If people with power and influence over society added unfair rules and practices, we didn’t do anything to stop them, because we assumed we didn’t have enough power to make a difference in what was happening. 

We watched injustice in action, knowing it was wrong, but feeling helpless to change it.  Now, it’s a matter of retraining ourselves to believe that we are much more powerful than we knew, and through unity, we can turn things around.  We can use our gifts to get ahead, instead of trying to figure out the rules to playing a societal game where there are no true winners other than the people pulling the strings, and we were all their puppets.  It’s standing up for ourselves and each other, for justice and righteousness.  It’s accepting others and their choices, whether we agree with them, or not, and respecting that everyone should have the right to live their own lives as they choose, as long as they’re not hurting others.

If we’re basing our ideas on control over others, we need to reconsider.  That’s why wars and their outcomes, along with politics continue to fail.  We go back and forth without ever finding balance that positively affects people in general, rather than just certain groups of people.  We need to stop fighting each other and adopt an all-inclusive success attitude.  And we need to believe in ourselves, our capabilities, and our power.  We need to adopt an attitude of positivity, so we can investigate and discover a new way of doing things and a new way of thinking and addressing things.
