Update on The Shift

Changing Our Leaders Will Not Solve Our Problems

Every three or so months, I check in with the Archangels and ask for an update on how we’re doing with The Shift – Earth’s transition from the 3D frequency to a 5D frequency.  I’ve been doing this for years now, and many of the things they said would be happening have happened and continue to happen.

They told us times would be chaotic, and there’s no arguing that they are, indeed, which makes their advice for us even more valuable.  When they tell us to bring more joy, hope, love, and peace into our lives in order to survive and navigate the hard times, it’s a good idea to listen.  They tell us that by doing this, in whatever ways work for us, we will be better able to survive and navigate the challenges we face and create our own personal haven to escape from the craziness.  I’ve found, also, that limiting my exposure to the media and its what if, might happen, and could be mentality is helpful, also, and that’s largely what the media offers these days.

Let’s remember, we’re all in this together, and we will get through it.

Question:  Things are still pretty rough on Earth with not a lot of signs of improvement anytime soon.  I know you see things that we can’t see.  Can you please update us on how things are going with The Shift?

Answer:

Things are indeed rough and likely to get more rough in the coming months, but as things seem to be getting worse, in many cases, although it is difficult for you to see, they are actually improving, if for no other reason than people are becoming more and more aware that change is needed, and unity is growing.

Government leaders continue to play their games of manipulation and control, but they are seeing more and more that their tools of propaganda and dishonesty are becoming less and less effective.  The loss of trust among the people regarding politics and politicians, religious leaders, world leaders, and other powerful people is profound and continues to grow.  Once trust and confidence are lost, control wanes.  Fewer and fewer people are willing to follow leaders blindly, which was so prevalent in the past.  More are leaving sects and communities that continue to expect and demand compliance without question.

As consciousness continues to rise both individually and collectively, more are questioning past practices, beliefs, and guidance.  People are beginning to rebel against being controlled.  People are beginning to question the limits placed upon them, and they are seeing how skewed systems are that do not serve them well.  Indeed, they see the ones who benefit the most from the systems in place are those who control them, and the controllers are not the masses and do not care about the masses.  Although the people in power know they must have the compliance of the masses, they have not yet accepted that compliance in the future will not come without service to the masses.  For the most part, they still believe they can maintain control through emotional manipulation, lies, and force.  This will no longer work in the long run.  It is already crumbling around them, but rather than accepting that the past processes and systems currently in place have to change, they continue to double down on enforcing them.  Eventually, they will have no choice but to accept that equality and equal opportunity is unavoidable if they are to survive.

This is at the base of the chaos happening around you.  Those in power continue to try to force their agendas, and the masses are no longer accepting that they are unavoidable and beyond their control.  More people are questioning, rejecting, and defying the status quo, which will lead to unity and change.

Pay special attention to elections, for the people in power are trying to manipulate and control them more than ever before.  Graft and corruption will be revealed in unprecedented fashion, and accountability will be demanded.  This, also, will promote unity.

It is very rewarding for us to see that the masses are realizing more and more that their enemies are not within their ranks, but in the ranks of the elite, which are greatly outnumbered by the masses.  More and more, we see you discarding anger and blame in favor of opening your hearts and minds to unity and identifying that most people want similar things, although they have very different ideas on how to achieve those things.  The first step is unity.  Once that has been established, using commonalities as a baseline to build on will lead to solutions.  There are many intelligent, capable, and trustworthy people who will step in and find remedies for your many problems when they have the support of the majority of people who need those solutions.

We cannot emphasize enough that the key is unity among the masses.  It will not matter who holds political offices if there is no unity and demand for change among the masses.  It will not be the politicians who change things and find a better path, it will be the people.  Electing and reelecting officials is not enough, regardless of who they are and which factions they represent.  The people must unite and hold them accountable for their actions, their choices, and their practices.  There must be transparency, and the changes must be driven by the people, not those who are elected to serve them.

For generations, the same people do the same things over and over again, blaming other factors for not changing how things are done, for not serving and helping the masses.  Not much changes, yet the people allow it to continue.  This is why unity is so essential in this process for change.  Those who have the power to change things must know that they will be held accountable for their choices and actions, and that if they do not do what the majority wants done, they will lose their power and be ousted.  It will take time to overcome the many problems which have been created, but if you cannot see specific steps being taken, and a timeline is not offered with a precise plan of how they will get the situation from here to there, they should be replaced.

The people who can fix the current situation are ready to take their places, but they cannot create the kind of change needed without the unity and the backing of the masses. Currently, there is accountability to those in power only, to the ones who make sure their candidates make it into various positions, so they and their agendas are served, rather than catering to the people, the masses, who are supposed to be served.  They pay for propaganda, conflict, polarity, and division to be maintained, and they continue to try to manipulate the people, all the while serving themselves.  You must recognize these ploys and question and search for the truth.  You must stop relinquishing your power to them by allowing them to manipulate you and the situation.

We see this happening more and more.  More people are getting clarity and realizing that they are not being served, and they are beginning to turn away from those who have held the power for so long.  Clarity comes with peace of mind, so use this time to find that peace of mind that so many of you are missing.  Bring in more joy, hope, love, and peace and you will be more able to create the change needed.  It begins with you and your life.  Anger, fear, and hopelessness clouds clarity.  Stop allowing yourself to be manipulated by these emotions.  Those in power plant them within you and use them as tethers to control you and the situations of their choice.  Stop allowing this, and take back your power.

Replacing current world leaders will not be enough without unity among the people.  Set aside your grievances and hostility towards each other and begin to build the bridges that have been purposefully demolished between you.  Do not depend on your leaders, depend on each other and on yourselves.  You are more powerful than you know, and when you join forces, you will be unstoppable.

Final Thoughts

The Archangels have said for years that it will not be governments who create the change needed in the world, but the masses.  I think for years, many of us have blamed the state of the world on the world leaders, and most have certainly failed in their duties to serve the people, but the system is set up to serve them, not us, and until we make sure that it’s our agenda that is in place, rather than theirs and those who arranged for them to be in office, we’re not going to get anywhere.

I’m unhappy, to say the least, with the current administration in the US, but I’m not foolish enough to think that electing new people to key offices is going to fix everything.  We need to unite and make sure it’s our agenda, rather than theirs, begin served.  We need to hold whoever is in office accountable and demand change.  We need to track the progress constantly, rather than every two to four years when the changing of the guard becomes possible again.

What I’d most like to see is the availability of grass roots movements to shape all states.  Did you know that only about half the states in the US have the option of putting controversial policies up to the popular vote?  I found this out when Roe v. Wade was overturned, and several states put it up to a state vote, and in almost all cases, the people reestablished freedom of choice.  I researched what it would take to put it to a popular vote in Texas, where I live, and found out that nearly half the states, including mine, do not have that option, so we the people are forced to accept whatever the state level politicians decide to do, whether or not the majority of people are against their choices.

Regarding elections, I read an article by another Medium writer, Ted Czukor, about his struggle to update his voter information, which prompted me to double check mine.  My last voter registration card reflected my last and current addresses (I moved last year), yet I didn’t receive an updated card and found out that I was considered “In Suspense” due to my change of address.  I called the voter registration office and asked why I didn’t have the new card, and they said there was confusion about my change of address, so they essentially put my voting rights on hold.  I told them the last card I had, which expired last year, had my current address listed, and when the guy looked it up in the system, it was there, but I still have to reregister in order to remove the “in Suspense” listing.  I’m supposed to receive the new application today, and I still have time to correct the situation before midterm elections, but as Ted mentioned, I have to wonder if I was registered as a Republican, rather than an Independent, if I would have this problem.  You might want to check into your own status.

Anyway, it’s good to know that we’re at least headed in the right direction towards unity and change, and it’s also good to have enough guidance to strengthen that direction.  We all need to increase our joy, hope, love, and peace, set aside our anger and hostility towards each other enough to join forces, and continue to question the status quo and reject the limited choices we have and replace them with things that actually work and help us.  I do think we all want similar things.  We want a chance to improve our lives, to ensure our safety, and to have more opportunities and choices.  The way to do that is not to try to control others, but to maintain and expand the freedom for everyone to choose their own way forward.  We don’t have to agree with others’ choices, but as long as those choices don’t adversely affect other people, they should be allowed.
