Unity Before and After the Elections

The Archangels Say Unity, Not Politicians, Will Save Us

I’ve been channeling the Archangels for several years now, and I’ve seen their messages go through phases.  In the beginning of our partnership, they talked a lot about The Shift of the Earth from 3D to 5D, probably because I was fascinated with the topic and asked a lot of questions about what was going on and how we could better prepare for and weather the storm.  That led to them talking a lot about the importance of self-care, which transitioned into the Big 4 – joy, hope, love, and peace – and the need for unity arose from that.

I remember after the last presidential election, when so many people were upset with the results – which is bound to happen when there’s such a huge divide and close to equal numbers on both sides – and trying to channel and write things that calmed people and gave them hope, and also hopefully helped them to set aside their anger and fear, which was what the Angels advised.

Now, here we are on the cusp of the midterms, and people are already threatening actions if the results are not what they hope for, and there’s already plenty of name calling, lies, propaganda, accusations, threats, and God above, if I get one more text or flier telling me how to vote, I think I’ll scream!  I don’t want to go back to how it was after the president was elected last time, with people full of fear and anger, blaming their neighbors and family members for the state the country is in, because they voted a certain way, and I sure don’t want to see another January 6th.

I don’t want to witness the mudslinging or hear the vitriol again, or still, as it hasn’t ever entirely stopped.  I’m hoping we can see things a little more calmly, whatever the results, and see that judging someone based on who they vote for is an exercise in futility, not to mention unfair.  We do not need any more anger or fear in this country!  We do not need to play any more blame games, name any more scapegoats, or fashion any more targets.  I asked the Archangels for their thoughts before election day gets here next week, and their response follows.

Question:  What will be, will be.  I remember asking you about the presidential election as the last one drew near, and now we’re faced with the midterms next week.  Do you have any advice or words of wisdom you’d like to share with us to prepare us for the results and to help us stay calm and hopeful, regardless of who wins?

Answer:

If you will recall, when you asked us two years ago about the elections, we explained that, whoever won, they would not solve your problems.  One side might cause more havoc than the other, which would lead to more rapid change, while the other side might enforce the status quo, which would not be any more helpful, as the status quo is no longer working.  We stated, and this is still true, that it will not be the world’s leaders who save you, but the world’s masses working together.  Yes, good, responsible, smart, honest leaders who have a heartfelt purpose to lead and serve are sorely needed, and these people are awaiting the right time to come forward, but without the unity and participation of the people, there will be no sustainable, major changes, which means there will be no viable solutions found which serve the masses.

Much has changed in the two years since the last US president was elected, and it is not all bad.  We see more signs of unity all the time, as people realize that they are suffering from many of the same problems and are not being served or helped by those in power, regardless of which side they favor.  While hardship is not enjoyable, obviously, it does often lead to commiseration and eventual unity, as people realize that the majority of the people on Earth, who are NOT in power, are the ones who are suffering, while those who hold positions of power are doing just fine at their expense. This is beginning to bring home the idea that one side is not much better than the other when it comes to political parties and decisions, and the people are the ones who lose.

We stated before the last elections and many times since that it is the politicians and power players, the power holders and power seekers, who continue to plant seeds of separation, anger, and hatred among the masses, not the people themselves, and not the scapegoats accused of causing your problems.  We said they have always used emotion to manipulate people, which is why they cede anger and fear among you.  More and more people are realizing that this is true, and it is the people in power within their archaic systems they support and build upon, that are causing your problems, not how people vote, think, or live.  Fewer people are believing what they are told, and more people are seeing things more clearly and identifying lies and propaganda.  Truths are surfacing that people are noticing, and they are leading to more questions, reevaluations, and readjustments.

There are still those who await their gods to come solve their problems or eliminate their enemies, or they look to governments and politicians to fix their problems and make their lives easier, but we will tell you again, this will not happen.  It is up to the masses to change things.  Stop giving up your power and seek the truth.  Stop doing what you are told without question.  Stop looking at “them” as the enemy.  Consider that it is your political leaders and those who are at the top of the power heap that continue to cast blame on “them,” those on the opposing side and the scapegoats identified, and realize that you are all “them” in one way or another.  Is it not the politicians who blame their opposing side for all of your problems?  Yet, the power has changed hands many times, and the problems still exist, do they not?  They pit you against each other, so you will not unite and stand against them.

Do not follow the example being set or the instructions being given, and do not believe the lies being told to you anymore.  You are not each other’s enemy.  You do not have the right to control other people, and you should not be controlled.  You are not to blame for many of the problems you face, but you do have the ability to solve them if you work together.

Whatever the results of the election, any election in any place, know that the results are not nearly as important as seeking solutions that serve you all, rather than just one side or the other, and seeing things clearly, without sacrificing others or yourself.  Do not rejoice if whoever you vote for wins, and do not laugh at the other side, because the people who win the election will not solve your problems.  You must do that, and the way forward requires working together towards common goals.  The way things stand, nothing is getting done that is very helpful.  On the contrary, the only helpful thing happening is your realization that things are not working and need to change.  Next, you must begin to work together.  You are so focused on choosing sides, yet neither side will be effective.  You need new choices and new solutions.  You need people in power who will listen to your needs and ideas and seek sustainable solutions that help everyone, not just themselves.  Stop thinking in terms of either/or options from the past and consider that the problems you face now are a product of those past options.  You need entirely new choices with entirely new people and systems.

The Universe is nothing if not patient.  It will wait for you to be ready to see the truth and unite, whether it takes one election or fifty.  You will see that, whichever side gains power, little change is likely to happen without the unity of the people supporting or discarding offered actions and solutions.  You must work together and join forces, both sides, until “they and them” become “we and us.”  The only people who are “they and them” are the people in power who are desperately clinging to it through whatever means are necessary, regardless of the harm they cause.

In the meantime, prepare yourself for more lies and devious behavior, because there is much to be discovered and many more truths will be revealed.  Do not participate in the chaos.  Observe, but do not join in or cling to the anger and fear which will be used against you and planted everywhere you turn.  Remain calm and increase your joy, hope, love, and peace.  Let those in power fight against each other.  The fighting will not get far if the people refuse to join in.  If you must be angry, be angry at the people in power, not at each other.  See yourselves in each other’s faces.  You are all struggling with many of the same problems, and you are not the ones responsible for creating those problems. If you make it a point to notice, you will see it is not the people who are initially accusing blame, it is those in power who assign it to others.  You do not have to believe them or side with them.  Just observe and try to see things clearly.  Until you refuse to be manipulated by those in power, you will not unite, and until you unite and work together for change, your problems will persist, and the only ones who will win are those at the top.

Final Thoughts

I avoid political ads as much as possible, which is not easy to do these days.  The few that I could not avoid say a lot about the people running for office.  There’s the ad featuring the mother who stood by her husband after he was convicted of raping her daughter.  There’s the politician who set out to cause confusion by recruiting another candidate who had a similar name as her opponent.  Then there’s the silly stuff about vegetarians, religious affiliations, remarks said years ago, and AI generated slop that are supposed to convince us not to vote for “them.”  I can’t worry about who buys into that, who is fooled and manipulated, and who refuses to accept the truth or facts.

The only ad I found valuable or even tolerable was an NFL ad featuring several well-known players advocating that everyone should vote.  They didn’t say who to vote for or put down anyone in the running or those who might vote for them.  They were upbeat and positive, and I wished more ads were like that one.  All we can do is make the best choices we can with the information we’ve sifted through and hopefully researched and know that we’ve done our part, although I can’t say I blame the non-voters who are so thoroughly disgusted with the choices available to them, they decide to not participate at all.  Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I voted with complete confidence for anyone.  More aptly, I voted for the lesser of two or more evils, and that’s not particularly comforting or inspiring.  I still vote, but not with much confidence that the ones I vote for will improve things. Mostly, I just hope they won’t continue to cause more harm.

More importantly, I’m determined not to judge others based on their votes.  They have as much right to vote for whoever they choose as I do, and if they vote contrary to my vote, I need to be okay with that, because they’re doing the best they can, just like I am.  There are just really slim pickin’s, if you ask me, and not much has been done to help the people on the part of either side.  Frankly, I don’t care who’s to blame for our struggles as much as I’d really like to see them improved.  Many people are voting from a place of fear, rather than confidence, and when you’re afraid, you’re easy to manipulate.  At the end of the day, we can all agree to disagree.  We may not understand others’ choices, but we don’t have to understand them.  We might not respect those choices, but we do need to accept that they have the right to make them, just as we all do.

I’ve tried very hard to write this from a place of neutrality.  I’m not telling anyone how to vote, and I won’t put anyone down for voting differently than I did.  I may not understand, but I won’t condemn them for it, and I hope they’ll give me the same consideration.  I trust “my fellow Americans” a whole lot more than I trust my American politicians, honestly.  So, whatever the results, let’s be calm and kind.

The intention for Friday Night Meditation with the Archangels is Renewal.  We may not be able to renew the country or the world yet, but we can renew ourselves, and we can offer loving energy to each other through the Angels.  Just call on them from wherever you are at whatever time you’re available, and they’ll hear you, accept your good wishes and energy, and disperse it as needed.  There’ll be a new intention for November meditations which will be disclosed in my November newsletter, which will go out next Friday.  You can sign up for it (it’s free!) at www.asktheangels222.com.

I hope you have a great weekend full of joy, hope, love, and peace, and if you celebrate Halloween, be safe and enjoy yourself.  I’ll be sitting in front of my house with my little dog and valued companion, Joy, handing out candy to the kids who come by.  No costume, just loving energy, best wishes, and chocolate.  Lots of chocolate!

Blessings, all.
