The Archangels Tell Us How to Manage and Release It

I’m sitting here writing this in chaos. No, not the usual chaos of the world, but literal chaos, surrounded by boxes that need to be unpacked, because I moved into my new house late Wednesday. My new furniture arrives today, including a new couch, and I can’t wait to have a place to sit and relax. In the meantime, I was able to shift enough around in what will eventually be my office, set up my computer, and here I now sit, attempting to get out my regular Friday offering, complete with Archangel message. My dog, Joy, doesn’t fully understand why we’re here yet, so she’s not content to lay on her bed in my office while I write, rather, she wants to sit on my lap, so I’m dodging her constantly moving head as it moves in front of my line of sight. This is dedication, determination, and devotion to all my readers out there! If you ever doubted my love for you, doubt no more!
If you received my newsletter this morning, you’ll know the intention for Friday night meditation with the Archangels for the month of May is unity. I think that’s been done in the past, but if so, we’re redoing it, and for good reason. The Angels tell us we need at least a two thirds supermajority to bring about the major changes that need to take place on Earth, and we’re nowhere near that on seemingly anything.
It seems to me that one of the greatest obstacles to unity is anger. Anger at each other. We’re still so divided throughout the world, but especially in the US – or maybe it just seems that way, because I live here – over the election, politics, and so many other things. People are still divided pretty much down the middle, just as the presidential election suggested, and too many of us are still thinking of the opposing votes as belonging to enemies. We tend to think of the situation as black and white, good and bad, right and wrong. We need to get past that!
The problem is, I think, many of us are “awakening” (I really don’t care for that term, but …) to the new energy of 5D, and we haven’t yet found a balance. We are feeling that universal connection more and more strongly with others, so when we see people suffering, being persecuted, or treated unfairly, we really take it to heart. That’s good, but when it then triggers anger toward the forces and people causing problems, rather than focusing on helping those who are the targets, we add to the negative energy and make the controlling sources of these problems more powerful.
So, on the one hand, we’re feeling more connected to humanity as a whole, while on the other hand, we’re having a very hard time including the troublemakers in that humanitarian group, because their actions are not along humanitarian lines. I asked the Angels for some help in balancing these things, which I struggle with, and their answer follows.
Question: How can we balance our anger for misdeeds and our compassion for those suffering from them with the need to accept others and build unity?
Answer:
This is such an important question, and one we know so many of you struggle with, and we will help you as well as we can. We will say in advance, however, that to do this successfully requires time and practice, and it is not like flipping a switch. It is a gradual process, and it is absolutely necessary to advance further in the effort to make Earth a better place to live.
Anger, and other low vibrational emotions are tricky. We always encourage you to embrace all of your emotions. You must accept and experience them in order to heal and move on with your life, to process them and leave them in the past. If you bury them, which has been practiced by most people at one time or another, they will only come back to the surface and trouble you further. So, yes, acknowledge your anger or whatever other emotion you have, feel it, process it, embrace it, but then – and this is the tricky part – you must learn to release it. Let us discuss what it means to release something such as anger.
Releasing anger does not mean it stops automatically, that you snap your fingers, and it’s gone. You are likely to continue to feel it for a while. Releasing anger begins with the intention to release it. It does not mean you excuse the source of it or change your mind about whatever situation triggered it. It simply means that you have made the choice to not allow it to overtake you. It means that you reject feeling that way, even as you continue to reject whatever or whomever triggered your anger. By releasing it, not only will you feel better, but your higher vibrational energy that you build up again will have a positive effect on others as well as the issues that caused your anger in the first place. When you hold onto and feed your anger, even when it is justified, you empower those people and situations which caused it to unfold, which is the last thing you want to do, correct?
Again, releasing anger begins with the intention to release it. Say to yourself one or more of the following statements:
- I do not want to feel this way anymore. I release my anger.
- This anger I feel does nothing to help the situation; rather, it makes the situation worse and the people behind it more powerful. I refuse to add to their negativity.
- Thinking angry thoughts towards others gives them power. Instead, I will send loving energy to those who are suffering, thereby giving them power.
- I will do my part to add to high vibrational, 5D energy in order to defeat the remnants of 3D energy and those who cling to it.
- I will exchange my anger for joy, hope, love, and/or peace instead. In this way, I can help the victims, rather than strengthen their persecutors.
Every time you feel a spike in anger, remind yourself that you have chosen to release it in favor of higher vibrational emotions in pursuit of a higher vibrational world. This is no exaggeration. The more of you who reject the lower vibrational mindsets of 3D, the faster the mindsets of 5D will take over.
We would also remind you that many people and occurrences that, on the surface, appear to be negative and harmful often serve a higher purpose. People are beginning to rally together everywhere in the world to oppose political situations and decisions. This is unity! If you are to defeat those who are currently in power, who continue to try to control others, you must join together and demand change. We do not ever advocate violence of any kind. This is not needed if you put aside your differences and focus on what you have in common and the kind of world in which you want to live. It is when you focus on your differences that unity falters.
Let us add that there will always be differences between people. Part of the problem that divides you is the idea that everyone has to be relatively the same, that there is a right way and a wrong way to do things, whether in regards to religious practices, social norms, cultures, or whatever else sets people apart with labels, categories, and designations. Please consider that one religion will never work for everyone. It is best to discard labels of “normal” and “acceptable” when referencing personal choices. Different cultures, languages, races, etc. add interest and wonder to the world. Everyone and the world would be so much better off if you worked on self-control, rather than trying to control others. You do not have to be the same in order to unite for a better world.
Do not be so sure that you are right, and that someone else is wrong. If others can be mis- or uninformed, then so can you, and you might not be aware of it, just as they may not be aware of it. Also, consider that you are not completely opposite to those with whom you disagree. Perhaps you have opposite opinions on some things, but that does not mean that you are opposite in every way. Do not assume that those who disagree with you or who voted differently are stupid, selfish, liars, or whatever other assumptions you have made about them. The fact of the matter is, you do not understand each other, and until you are willing to try, you will be unable to unite in order to change the world.
Once again, reach for compassion. Compassion is the enemy of anger and can cancel it out. Know that, although some people do harmful things, that does not mean they are purely evil. Some make mistakes. Some misjudge the situation. Some are misinformed or ignorant. Some have souls who agreed to do certain things for the overall good of the world, even though their part in it was not pleasant or predictably helpful. All of these aspects should be considered before you give into and feed your anger. Although people sometimes do bad things, that does not mean they are completely bad themselves, even if they show no remorse for their actions. Everyone has a role to play in this transition taking place on Earth, and all actions reach further than you know and are not always obvious in terms of being helpful or harmful. Something that has an adverse effect today may indeed lead to a positive effect later on.
Give yourselves time to find balance on this 5D Earth. As you become more acquainted with 5D reality, that does not automatically mean you will also become acquainted with a new balance of emotions and reactions. That requires work, dedication, and determination on your part. It is not enough to realize you are playing a whole new game. You must all become acquainted with new “rules” and a new “playbook” regarding how to handle this new energetic world. Feeling the new, higher energy and merging with the universal connection you all share is only the beginning. Next, you must work on finding balance and overcoming past “programming” and boundaries. Make your own boundaries and find your own, personal normal. Endeavor to control yourself and your reactions and relinquish control or attempting to control others. Allow them to find their new normal, also. That includes those you consider the opposition.
We are here to help you manage this awesome task. This is why we are always telling you to work on yourself, for you have much work to do in order to find a new balance that works for you and that will lead to unity, so the world can become the place you dream of and in which you wish to live. It will require compassion and the realization that there is more to every person than that which is easily recognized. Open your minds and hearts, so you can begin to understand and accept one another, even if you do not always agree with each other. Remember, even if you have good reason to be angry, it does not serve you, others, the situation, or your intentions to feed and hold onto that anger. You must learn to release it, so that you can move forward and assist with The Shift.

Final Thoughts
Sometimes, it’s very hard to release anger, but it’s even harder to hold onto it, because it doesn’t serve us or anyone or anything else well. Go ahead and feel it. After all, there is much to be angry about. But then, make an active choice to release it and get back to the Big 4, joy, hope, love, and peace, because not only do those things feel better to us, but they actually help the situations in the world that we loathe to eventually turn around. Keep trying. At first, it’s hard, because there’s a part of us that wants to hold onto the anger, because it is so very justified. No one is arguing that it’s not justified, because it absolutely is, but if we wallow in it and feed it by focusing on it, we add to the low vibrational energy that led to these situations in the first place, and we add to the power of the people who made them happen.
Think high vibrational. Think 5D. Think of the world in which we want to live, rather than the one in which we currently find ourselves. And let’s open up our minds and our hearts, as the Angels suggested, to those we blame for the current chaos. Some of them deserve our anger, but giving it to them only makes them stronger. Instead, let’s make them and their causes weaker by focusing on the Big 4 and being the kind of people we wish everyone would be.
