Connecting to the Universe, Instead of the Earth

The Archangels Explain the Difference

I had lunch with a couple of friends this week, which was delightful.  Go, girl power!  One of the ladies is a relatively new friend, and she asked me about channeling the Archangels, what it was like, and if I was ever scared.  I’m asked this a lot.  I explained that no, I was never scared, how it all started, how connecting with the Angels always felt more like a reunion, rather than an introduction, and I asked her if she had any questions she’d like me to ask them for her.

We live in west Texas (but I swear, I’m not the stereotypical Texas, honest), and lately, we’ve experienced several small earthquakes.  According to the news, the strongest was around 5.0 on the scale, but I’m not sure if that was where it started or the level it was when it reached here.  My friend asked me if I’d felt them, and I answered that no, I hadn’t.  She hadn’t either, and she wanted to know why.  She felt kind of left out, and honestly, I did, too.  We didn’t understand how so many people all around us felt the tremors, but we never felt a thing.  I told her I’d ask.

My channeling has changed over the years.  Whereas I used to need to sit down, with pen and paper ready, ask a question, then listen and write down the answer, now answers just come to me automatically.  As soon as I started driving home, the Angels explained that the reason neither she nor I felt the mini-quakes is because neither of our souls originated with planet Earth.  Whenever a world is created, a “batch” of souls is created that originate with it.  They don’t always incarnate on that planet, but many do. 

I’m what some people call an angelic soul, that is, my soul was created to work with the Archangels, so I’m not tied to a certain planet, although I’ve mostly incarnated on Earth, I believe.  I usually come to Earth at crucial times when help of some sort is needed.  There are also many souls from other worlds who incarnate on Earth, particularly now, so they can assist with The Shift. 

The Angels explained that, because we didn’t incarnate on the Earth originally, we’re not as in tune with Her as those souls who originated on Earth.  That’s not to say we can’t ever feel these tremors or others things going on here, or that everyone who did feel them originated on Earth, it’s just not as automatic for us to feel what the Earth feels as it is for souls who were created with the planet.  Interesting!

I’ve shared some of the energetic changes I’ve been going through lately, and they continue in various ways.  One of the things that changed was when I was working with Lord Shiva.  He loosened the tether that connects me to the Earth, which I physically felt, so I could more easily connect with the Universe.  My understanding is that many people are experiencing this process, so if you all of a sudden have a literal pain in the ass as I did, that could be why.  It wasn’t excruciatingly painful or anything, but it was very uncomfortable for about a day.  I asked Archangel Raphael to soothe the symptoms at that time, and he came through for me in a really big way. 

This week, I’m working with Archangel Michael, who is helping me prepare for more changes.  He told me I should no longer ground to the Earth, which really threw me for a loop, since I enjoy doing that, and I asked the Angels to explain this more fully.  Their answer follows.

Question:  Can you please explain more about not grounding to the Earth and if there’s something I need to do to “ground (?)” with the Universe?

Answer: 

We “smile” as we say this, that you do not ground to the Universe, dear friend.  The purpose of loosening the tether with the Earth was so that you could more easily connect with the Universe.  As you can imagine, it’s quite a stretch between the Earth and the Universe, so we loosened the tether that joins you to the planet, so that you can more easily reach out and energetically connect to the Universe as you build that relationship.

You will be grounded to the Earth as long as you live on the planet.  It is a connection that will not completely sever until your soul leaves your body.  It is a connection to the physical body, rather than to the soul.  As you know, you are both these things, body and soul.  Everyone who lives a physical life on Earth is physically tethered to her.  You felt discomfort as there was a loosening of that tether, which is located in what some call the root chakra.  Hence, the “pain in the ass!”

However, as Shiva explained, that tether was loosened, so that you could more easily, comfortably, and effectively connect with the Universe.  These two forces do not compete against each other, or cancel each other in any way, but loosening the Earth’s tether allows for better and easier cosmic connection, as you and the Universe exchange and combine energies over multiple dimensions at times.  In fact, Earth is part of the Universe on more levels than what science reveals.  In simple terms, the Earth is like a child of the Universe.

As was mentioned earlier, eventually, you will connect with various beings from other worlds and dimensions, and the loosening of the Earth’s tether will help facilitate this.  Because of this partial release, you are beginning to feel your connection with the Universe more keenly.  This is a good thing.  It will help you evolve in many ways, including manifestation, communication with other dimensions, accessing the Akashic records someday, remembering past lives, and lessons, activating more cosmic and psychic gifts, receiving energies, astral travel, and more.  Also, these evolving relationships will help clarify and manifest your purpose, which will, of course, help other people and assist with The Shift.

It takes time to develop this new connection and relationship with the Universe.  You need time and practice joining your energy, as well as manifesting.  Use visualization and open your mind and heart to new possibilities.  Many people on Earth are going through this right now, and many more will follow.  For most of you, this is part of your life plan and is tied to your purpose.  You have heard that the “veil” is thinning, and this is true, but people are only beginning to realize what this means. 

Often, as was in your case, it begins with the discovery of psychic gifts.  More people are connecting with their souls and their Guides, depending on their life plans, and yet more will do the same in various ways.  Not everyone will channel, as you do.  Not everyone will act as a liaison, or bridge, between us and others, as you do.  Some will be able to connect with their Guides for other purposes, and there are many. 

Most will find ways to further The Shift and help others through this transition.  Some will become new leaders who will enact major changes in the world.  The ways help for the Universe will manifest through others are too numerous to mention, each tailored to the individual, each planned in advance, each part of their life plans, and each important in their own way.

These changes and the evolution attached to them will continue to manifest, and more people will feel these differences as they move forward.  They are nothing to fear, as they are meant to be, and everything is being monitored carefully by us, other high Guides, and yes, the Universe.  For anyone who feels these changes and is unsure of what they mean, come to us, to your soul, or to other high Guides.  Call on your spiritual team, as you all have one.  Ask for guidance and information.

Our channel sometimes – and again, we “smile” as we say this – wants all the answers at once and would like to know the entire plan in advance, but that is rarely how these things work.  As is the case with her, things tend to happen slowly, gradually, to give you a chance to adjust to them, before moving forward.  As important as The Shift is to all of us and to you, too, even if you do not realize it, it is not more important than your well-being, and you will always have a choice in whether or not to proceed and how.  We will protect you, comfort you, and guide you through the entire process.  You need only to ask for our involvement.  Your spiritual team will automatically follow and assist in your progress and evolution – and make no mistake, you are all evolving – as those agreements were made before you ever incarnated, so you will never be alone.

Final Thoughts

What a trip, right!?  Some crazy things are happening, and I’m not just referring to politics!  We’re all changing in many ways, and although I was a bit intimidated at first, I’m way more excited than anything else, now.  I’m looking forward to experiencing new things and meeting new high Guides, including some from other worlds, which they tell me will eventually happen.  I don’t know how or when, but I trust that it will, and I’m so curious! 

Archangel Michael tells me that, although some of these upcoming changes can feel strange and even intimidating in the beginning, as we become used to them and embrace new gifts, all will be well.  In fact, he says we will evolve and thrive, and eventually, so will the world. 

Instead of recycling energy through the Earth, as I’ve done in the past, I share and exchange energy with the Universe now, with the Earth’s blessing.  I’ve still got a lot to experience and learn, but as requested, I’m embracing these changes and opening my heart and mind to them.
