An Interview with Quantum Energy Healer, Tera McAmis, Part Two

Welcome back for part two of quantum energy healer, Tera McAmis’s interview.  Tera is great!  Last Friday, I released part one of this interview with Tera, which covered the following questions:

1.     Why is grounding to the Earth more difficult these days, and how can we make it less jolting?

The answers and insights Tera gave us were phenomenal and very valuable.  Today, we’ll finish the interview with Tera, and she’ll answer the following questions:

6.     How do you help people who process a lot of high vibrational energy while channeling high Guides, Reiki, and other sources?

7.     What other signs are you seeing that indicate that our separate energy systems and their various parts are beginning to work together?

8.     Are you seeing signs that more people are making connections with high Guides these days, and how can we facilitate this?

6.  Can you explain how you help those of us who work with high vibrational energy, such as when I channel the Archangels and high Guides or when people channel Reiki, so that we can more easily manage the different energies involved lately?

That’s a fantastic question!  You, and so many others who work with high-vibration energy like channeling Archangels or practicing Reiki, are truly leading-edge wayshowers.  You’re the first to encounter new vibrational patterns, higher frequencies, and information downloads.

It’s a lot to juggle!  Not only do you need to maintain a strong, healthy energy system to receive and process these new energies, but you’re also figuring out what they are and how to work with them.  On top of that, you’re assisting others with their ascension journeys while navigating your own personal soul growth and healing.  Your plate is definitely overflowing, and it can be overwhelming to keep up!

This is exactly where I come in.  I help with the extensive maintenance and continuous upgrades your unique energy system infrastructure requires during this time of rapid change.  Because I work directly with energy lines, connections, and frequencies, I can “see” exactly what each client needs in the moment and customize the work for them.  Many of my leading-edge clients find that regular “tune-ups” are incredibly beneficial for keeping their energy systems in top-notch condition and for gaining a deeper understanding of these new upgrades and how they function.

7.  My understanding is that our energetic system is shifting from separate areas handling certain body systems and functions, such as the throat chakra affecting communication, to a more integrated system that works together to improve the entire human energetic experience.  Are you seeing signs of this?

Yes, you’ve got it!  This is exactly what I was talking about in my answer to question #5.  This deeper integration is the very foundation of our ascension into the Aquarian Era, the 5D new Earth reality.  Our energy systems are evolving dramatically, and while it’s not the first time they’ve evolved, it’s definitely the fastest.

In the very beginning of individual consciousness, our chakras were just “dots” in the spine.  As our consciousness rose, the chakras began to expand outwards or “bloom,” giving us access and control over our systems.  Today, they’re shifting into wheels beyond our bodies and then into the pillar of light I described in #5.  Our physical bodies have always been integrated; all physical systems are interdependent and symbiotic with one another.  As our perception and understanding of these systems expand, and with our increased awareness of our ethereal energies, we begin to recognize these intricate connections within us, and our energy systems shift and integrate accordingly.  

8.  The Archangels and high Guides I work with have said they wish to make more connections with people and establish more two-way communication lines through channeling.  Are you seeing more of this, and can you suggest anything that will help these communication breakthroughs from an energetic standpoint?

Yes!  The ethereals are so excited that so many people are raising their vibrations and awareness to levels where they can tune in and talk directly.  Ethereals are at a high-frequency bandwidth.  To communicate with then, we need to have the right infrastructure (our energy system) that can safely and effectively run those high frequencies.  Then, we need to build up focused stamina to comfortably hold our consciousness at that needed frequency level.  Finally, we must truly know that we are worthy and powerful enough to do so.  It’s also important to have safety practices/techniques in place to ensure you’re talking to positive ethereals and aren’t being deceived.

I recommend starting by working with your higher-self channel and meditating in your pineal gland.  This channel is a direct line to higher dimensions.  It’s always safe, and ethereals can easily chat with you through it.  Your pineal is great at processing and interpreting messages.

9.  I recently had an experience with a rise of my Kundalini energy.  Are you seeing more of this in people?

Yes, absolutely!  I’m definitely seeing a significant increase in people experiencing the rise of their Kundalini energy.

As I mentioned before, we’re entering a new dimensional reality (often called 5D or the Aquarian era), which is characterized by a more inclusive and expansive awareness.  As part of this individual and collective ascension, we’re being called to fully embrace and work with our entire energy system.  The Kundalini is a crucial part of this.

For many lifetimes, humanity has been taught to fear or avoid this powerful energy center within us.  However, the Kundalini has two vital aspects:  a reservoir of life power and the archives of our soul.  These archives contain the lessons, skills, and wisdom we’ve accumulated over countless lifetimes.  It’s not like the Akashic records; it’s a repository of “tools” for us to access, upgrade, and use in this lifetime.

To successfully ascend into the inclusive expansive Aquarian era, we must begin by embracing our whole energy system, including the Kundalini.  In a way, the Kundalini serves as the foundation or “roots” of our higher self.  When we’re consciously anchored into this vast reservoir of accumulated wisdom, we gain the ability to draw upon immense power and higher understanding to navigate our choices and support our continued growth.

It's important to note that Kundalini energy is exceptionally powerful and should be treated as such.  To safely and successfully work with its energy, preparation and understanding are critical.  I have an in-depth article on my website if your readers feel called to learn more.

10. Is there anything else you would like to tell us about energetic changes the Earth and we are going through and how we can best meet these challenges?

Oh, there’s so much to share!  But I think the most important thing I’m seeing in quantum energy work sessions right now is the confusion between energetic “growing pains” and healing past wounds or issues.  For decades, we’ve been focused on healing our past traumas – both from this life and past lives.  That work was crucial; it strengthened our systems, helped us reclaim our power, and prepared us for the new energies that have been coming in over the last couple of years.

Now, these new, higher frequencies and dramatic upgrades to our systems are quite unfamiliar.  We don’t have a frame of reference for them.  So, we assume we need to be “fixed” when what’s needed is integration and calibration of this “new us.”  For example, a client might feel a “block” in their solar plexus that they think is preventing them from manifesting abundance.  But what’s actually happening is that the new manifesting energies simply need to connect and integrate into their system.  It’s kind of like needing to upgrade from dial-up to wireless internet; dial-up just can’t handle the amount and level of data flowing through anymore.  New “wiring” needs to be connected and plugged in so the client can manifest on this new higher frequency network.

Practicing regular energy hygiene and taking time to honor and nurture our energy systems will greatly reduce vulnerability and soothe those “growing pains.”

Final Thoughts

Considering that we are all experiencing these energetic changes, these upgrades and recalibrations, there is precious little information, much less understanding, regarding what is happening and how we can adjust, embrace, and use these new facets of our energetic bodies.  I’ll be spending some time on Tera’s website to access those articles she mentioned, and I’ll also be scheduling an appointment with her for healing.

I’ve been working with Tera, and she’s been treating me for over a year now, and I highly recommend her for energetic healing.  In addition to helping us clear out energy that we no longer need and that no longer serves us, she’s invaluable for providing insights into why we’re experiencing some of the health issues, aches, and pains we deal with.  She was able to tell me about some generational scarring I needed to deal with that was left over from a previous lifetime when I’d been abused by male relatives for speaking my mind, questioning their actions, and being unable to provide an heir in the time I was allotted.  The very idea disgusts me, although I have no memories of those lifetimes, but this knowledge also helped me to understand why it’s so important to me to have a voice and to speak up for what I believe.  There’s no telling how much our previous lives affect our current lifetimes!  She was able to help me understand this at a deeper, more personal level.

Every time I book a session with Tera, I feel more energized, more at peace, and stronger overall.  The first time I worked with her, the first thing she said was that I was surrounded by all these colorful lights. I knew those were the Archangels I work with and so love, and she confirmed that for me.  She’s a wonderful, caring, loving person who takes her work very seriously and is very good at it.  I highly recommend a session with her, without reservation.  She provides services we all need, but which are extremely hard to find.  It’s not like you can walk into a doctor’s office and ask for an adjustment for your internal energetic system!

We’re all dealing with energetic issues.  Knowledge is power, and it’s so hard to find information that’s accurate and reliable about stuff like this.  It reminds me of when I was on the verge of channeling the Angels.  I knew something big was happening, but I didn’t know what it was or what I could do to facilitate it, or even whether or not I wanted to do so.  Who do you go to for information like that?  I ended up going to a telephone psychic out of desperation, and she was wonderful. 

My point is, sometimes it takes a while to learn about what Tera calls “ethereal” issues.  It’s easier now that I channel, because I can go to the Archangels and others for answers, but I continue to branch out and find other avenues to add to my knowledge, like the Akashic Records reading I received and wrote about earlier and the sessions I’ve booked with Tera.  Sometimes, we have to wade through some junk to get to the good stuff, so when I find a reliable source of information, I always like to share it with you.

The intention for Friday night meditation with the Archangels for August is Change.  If you’re not too busy, call on the Archangels, set this intention and send loving energy for change.  Heaven knows there’s a lot of seemingly negative changes going on right now, so set your sights on positive change for yourself, other people, and the world.  The Angels will make sure the energy goes where it’s needed the most.
